Discounts
None of the discounts can be clubbed with other discounts in any case. The discounts are provided at the sole discretion of the website owners.
Order Change
We will not accept any address change after the order has been dispatched. If an address needs modification, then it should be done 24 hours before actual delivery timings.
Product Delivery
The product cannot be the exact same replica of the images on the website. The flowers might not be the same color as depicted on the website. This goes same with the cake and icing too. As the gifts are procured from different vendors this is bound to happen. However, the quantity and quality of the product delivered will be top notch.
Damaged/ Bad quality Products
While accepting the delivery of the products kindly check it properly in terms of quantity, quality. If you/ receiver find the products are damaged or are not in good condition, please refuse to accept the products.
In case, later on, you find any quality/ quantity issue, inform us immediately or same day to resolve the issue asap.
As well as the receiver should have to preserve the products in the same conditions, temperature, atmosphere which is required for maintaining the level of the product or stop the further damage of products,
If the products were found used more than 30% in terms of cake would not be returned or refunded.
The customer would require showing the evidence of damage if it is found correct and justified by Kanpur gifts, then products will be replaced or refunded.
Delivery Rules
Every order that is placed stands valid on the sole acceptance of the site owners. If the customer requires same day delivery, then the order must be placed before 5 pm. The clients can specify the timings of the delivery of gifts, however, the final delivery might get affected by unforeseen events and the owner is not liable for such issues. The details entered by you must be clear and accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery in case there is no one on the premises to receive the order. The regular delivery will happen between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm with no guarantees.
There is no return policy, The order once processed will be considered as delivered under the following circumstances &cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.
1. If the premises are locked,
2. The recipient is not present,
3. The shipping address is wrong or does not exist,
4. Wrong contact numbers,
5. The recipient refused to accept the delivery of the product,
6. The delivery of the product takes place at the guards/neighbor/reception,
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation policy available for order, order can only be prephoned or postphoned, form the date of delivery, that too in case of emergency it has to be informed through customer's registered mail id at least 24 Hours before to the delivery date.
No other claim of whatsoever nature would be entertained (except the 100% money back claim). All claims, if any, are to be raised within 24 hrs of delivery/non-delivery.
The refund will only be made if there is a clear fault from our side. It is your responsibility to go through these terms and conditions before you make your purchase with us.
Refund mode would be through the gateway, In the same source as it was made, as well it may take, 8 to 10 working days since the date refund initiated.
Fraud
The fraudulent orders placed with us are dealt with sternly. The account of such customers will be blocked and if the necessary further action will be taken vehemently.
Other Rules
The customer will be sent promotional offers and discounts through registered numbers and email.
All courier will be sent through competent courier services. The choice of courier company will depend upon the availability and sole discretion of the website owners.
The terms and condition can be altered at any time with or without any notice to the existing customers. Although the order placed and in the process are not affected by it in any form.
